Quotes and services

• Prices discussed by phone, text, or through the website are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after we see the vehicle and confirm parts, coverage, and condition.
• Appointment times are scheduled directly with the shop and may vary by service and availability.
• Submitting a quote request does not create an appointment or an obligation to purchase.

Text messaging terms (Auto Images customer care texts)

Auto Images customer care texts are conversational messages about your inquiry, quote, or appointment — for example, replies to questions you text us, appointment confirmations, reminders, and vehicle-ready notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this program.

• Message frequency varies (typically 2–5 messages per service visit).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or call us at (914) 743-1447.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service.

Website content

Shop photos and videos on this site show our work. Some service-card images and comparison views are digitally created or recreated. Comparison views are labeled and are not a second photo from the same appointment. Site content is provided for general information.
